Just 10 days after our annual increase on 1st of March due to the current war in Russia and most of the world embargo against them, ALL seed oils have been increased by a whopping 38% as Russia is one of the biggest seed oil exporters in the world.

We also all know that once a price increases, it seldom returns to normal again. I just couldn't bring myself to increase our Itch Ease Coat Enhancer/Omega oil (which contains cold pressed Canola + Grape seed oil) again. I can also not sell this great product at a loss, hence the fairest method I could think of, would be to charge a 'levy' of R50 per bottle of Itch Ease Coat Enhancer across the board, irrespective of size (obviously the bigger sizes will be more beneficial to the pocket). The levy is effective as of 1st April 2022.

Once the world normalizes (please let it be swift), the levy will simply be a thing of the past. I really do hate jeopardising such a great product, which we know hundreds of our clients desperately need to control their dogs scratching 'the healthy way', we have no option.

Our manufactures are frantically looking for other sources of seed oils (perhaps an opportunity for other countries to create a new market) and we will no doubt keep you abreast of the situation.

Our bodies have many millions of micro-organisms, both good and bad. Every living being has very (species) specific beneficial gut bacteria needed for prime survival.

Hence you cannot ingest millions of bacteria in the hope the hope that the specific ones required will just happen.

'Live Natural' beneficial cultures will seldom survive any form of process (tablets, powder etc.) or temperature changes resulting in 'genetically engineered' cultures being used, making it expensive as well as limiting the number of specific cultures present.

ALL probiotics 'by law' have to list exactly what cultures are in it as well as anything else added on their label. The less expensive 'across the counter' probiotics are generally filled with Flora/Yeast to encourage the self-breeding of beneficial cultures (providing there are any present to begin with). Our soil which our food is grown in or grazed upon has also been vastly depleted of not only the natural beneficial cultures but vitamins, minerals and amino acids as well.

The WHO highly recommends that every living being should be on a daily probiotic, for life. Meaning even our raw feeders should seriously consider a daily probiotic.
