You will soon receive a notification from Discovery advising you that the broker on your policy has been changed over to Mr Hilton Hausberger of Hausberger Financial Services.

 

Please note that this is a procedural change that comes into effect from 01.07.2018 and the reason behind the change is the following:

-          I am taking a study sabbatical to bring my licence (as a broker) up-to-date with the current requirements set out by Hausberger Financial Services, Discovery Holding and the Financial Services Board.

-          My wife and I are also expecting our first child this month, marking a period of significant change in my life! I plan to use the next six months to adapt to the big changes!

 

What does this mean for you as my client?

-          Firstly, there is absolutely no material change, whatsoever, to the policies you hold with Discovery Life, Discovery Invest, Discovery Insure, Discovery Health and Discovery Group Life and Employee Benefits.

-          I will still be available whenever you need me to meet with you for any servicing and administrative queries or ongoing review.

-          I will still be available to receive calls, emails and messages regarding your financial planning and policies.

 

In effect, all that changes is the name of your Advisor, that being Hilton Hausberger.
